Hello
Hello, and welcome to Fund Your Future. My name is Xander Orona-Beasing, and I’m a high school student with a passion for business, leadership, entrepreneurship, and helping others prepare for life after high school. At school, I’m treasurer of the ASB student council, a member of Holy Cross Faith Leadership, and I take part in various clubs that focus on community building and service. Outside of school, I am a salesperson at the local GNC store, where I’ve learned the importance of customer relationships and the value of hard work.
My Story
My story starts long before Fund Your Future ever existed. I was adopted at a young age by my two incredible dads, who gave me a loving and supportive home. Growing up, I often thought about how my life could have been different and the many kids who never got the same chance I did. Through the years, I have stayed in touch with the foster and adoption agency that helped bring our family together, and what began as simple volunteer work turned into something much bigger.
Last summer, when I was still 17 years-old, I earned an internship at the agency, and I noticed firsthand how many teens turn 18 without the tools or guidance that I’ve had. Further, I know that my parents will continue to be part of my life, offering me love and support during college and beyond.
That’s why my friends and I have created Fund Your Future. We invite you to join us as we lend a hand to young people who are building the confidence, independence, and financial knowledge for their next chapter in life.
